Comoil (Private) Limited ("Comoil") was established in 2000 following the deregulation of the petroleum marketing and distribution sector making it one of the first indigenous fuel companies in Zimbabwe. With a 24-year history, Comoil has experienced a stable growth pattern with retail outfits spanning across the country as well as a significant commercial market base. Comoil continues to grow its customer base with clients with interests in manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and the transport sector. Comoil is a wholly owned subsidiary of Migdale Holdings (Private) Limited ("Migdale"). Migdale is a wholly owned indigenous Zimbabwean entity with subsidiaries in transport, fuel and lubricant supply, distribution and freight forwarding.
